Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number)
- Air Fresheners (once opened or used)
- Bath products (for hygiene reasons)
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Back In Stock” clearance items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged/defective items.
